I'm a licensed NC Real Estate Broker with a passion for photography. No longer actively selling, I'm putting my focus ; ) on providing excellent listing photos for other agents. I specialize in highlighting the standout features of your listing...whether it's structural, outdoor spaces, neighborhood amenities or nearby attractions such as parks, shopping, entertainment venues or colleges.
I like to think of my approach as glamour shots for your listing. I use a wide angle (NOT fisheye) lens and an off camera soft-box flash to put the emphasis where it belongs in each image. Even vacant properties can benefit from my approach with attention drawn to finishes, details and other positive features rather than lots of empty rooms.
Wake county MLS photos (30) are $75 for up to a 2500sf property. Larger properties and out of town listings are priced on a case by case basis.
